    So is this like some kind of computer game? Ive never heard of it. It kinda looks like a combo of tetris and guitar hero

     You get it off of steam. Pretty cheap actually, and quite a bit of fun depending on the size of your MP3 collection. Good cool way to experience your music anew.

    Dr Evil touched on it... but yes. This is more like the best audio player ever than a game. You load any mp3 into it, and it makes a track out of the sound file based on the little bars and lines and what-nots.
